Kanor Management provides short-term rental management services to apartment owners in Riga, Jūrmala and Liepāja. Information provided on this site is for informational purposes only. Specific service terms are set in a separate agreement between Kanor Management and each client.

Estimates we prepare at your request are based on publicly available Airbnb and Booking.com data and the historical performance of apartments under our management. They are projections — not guarantees. Actual revenue may vary based on market conditions, seasonal fluctuations and apartment condition.

4. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and design elements on this site are the property of Kanor Management or used under licence. Copying, distribution or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

This site may contain links to third-party sites (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Reviews). We accept no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
