Short-term Rental Consultant.
Sales agent for our short-term rental management team in Riga. You sell the Kanor management service to property owners — calls, proposals, meetings, contracts. Every signed contract = a new property in our portfolio and commission in your pocket.
€1,000 – €6,000+ / month Riga · Panorama Residence, 28th floor Full-time · Commission
- Call cold and warm leads — we prepare the contacts for you.
- Manage your own active client pipeline.
- Send proposals to clients in PDF format.
- Meet with clients in person.
- Work alongside the founders in a new, ambitious team.
- In the future, lead your own sales team (up to 3 agents) and earn commission on their deals too.
- €1,000 – €6,000+ per month. Commission-based — what you earn depends on you. The more deals you close, the higher your commission.
- An office with a wow factor. Panorama Residence, 28th floor. A view across the whole of Riga — the kind that makes you want to come to the office every morning.
- Flexible work model. After training, the option to work from home. At least 2 days a week in the office.

- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 – 18:00
- Friday: 10:00 – 16:00
- Weekends are yours. If you want to work — we're at the office.
- Sales experience.
- Solid computer skills — for using our internal systems.
- Latvian language (Russian is a plus).
- The drive to win and deliver results.
- The ability not to give up when things get hard.
- Independence — work without constant supervision.
- Strong time management.
